Is a passionate nonprofit consultant committed to helping organizations grow, minimize mistakes and create lasting impact. With over 15 years of managing and growing tech organizations as well as starting a nonprofit in 2016. Srdan had minimal guidance and took much longer to solve the ultimate nonprofit problem, sustainability. One of the major pain points when hiring consultants is that they have “no skin in the game” and no “accountability” for the clients failures. Organizations need strategy, and help from someone who is doing it, and work through real problems.
